Yoghurt Dressing / Dip with Lemon & Mint

A fresh, sharp dressing or dip - it goes brilliantly with lamb koftas / halloumi or as a dip for veggies.

Ingredients
150g plain or greek yoghurt
juice of half a lemon
2 tbsp chopped mint
Method
1. Mix all ingredients together - that's it! If you want a thinner consistency / sharper taste you can add more lemon juice.
